How to take one.

Come and see it, tell us you want it, and send the paperwork over. We reply the same day and we do not sit on applications.

What we ask for

Nothing unusual, and nothing you cannot gather in an afternoon.

Photo identification for each adult
Proof of income, or an offer letter if you are starting a job
Recent pay slips or bank statements
A previous landlord we can call, if you have one
A guarantor or co-signer if you are a student, which is normal here

Housing vouchers are welcome. If you hold a voucher we look at your share of the rent only, and we do not screen on source of income.

You pay	gas, electricity
Pets	cats, small and medium dogs
Smoking	not permitted

We confirm the full move-in figure in writing before anything is signed. Deposits are held in a separate interest-bearing Massachusetts account with a signed statement of condition.
