Bay windows stack up the front of the building, which is what makes the living rooms as bright as they are. There is a paved walkway and planted beds at the front, lantern lighting either side of the entry, and a fire department connection on the front wall, which is the visible half of the full sprinkler system running through the building.

Unit 3, the top floor, is available now. It is a 4 bed, 2 bath apartment taking the whole floor. Unit 2, on the second floor, has been taken. Ask us for the rent and we will tell you the same day. Listings for this address on other sites are out of date, so this page is the one to go by.
What is due when I sign?
First month's rent and a one month security deposit. We confirm the full move-in figure in writing before anything is signed.
How quickly do you reply?
The same day. The apartments are empty, so showings are easy to arrange and we can usually get you in within the week.
Can four students rent it together?
Yes. Students are welcome and guarantors or co-signers are completely normal for a group lease. There are four real bedrooms, so nobody is sleeping in a living room.
Do you accept housing vouchers?
Yes. We accept housing vouchers and assess affordability on your share of the rent only, as Massachusetts law requires. We do not screen on source of income.
